With a deep-seated commitment to excellence in finance and legal advocacy, my role as Partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, builds upon a solid foundation of facilitating strategic partnerships and fostering diversity in the legal sector. My expertise in finance, coupled with analytical skills honed over years of domestic and cross-border transactions, anchors my approach to complex financings and investments. My practice includes representation of financial institutions and other strategic investors with domestic and cross border placements of debt and equity securities in secured and unsecured financings, including, but not limited to, REITs, public utilities, venture capital, project finance, hedge and equity funds, and general corporate financings. Additionally, I have robust experience in representing lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities to a myriad of companies across a number of sectors and industries, private equity funds and their portfolio companies. I also have an active sports finance practice where I have represented the strategic investors in “league-wide” financings for the National Football League (NFL) and Major League Baseball (MLB). I have also represented the strategic investors in a number of high-profile stadium financings in the United States, such as TD Ameritrade Boston Garden, Mercedes Benz Atlanta Falcons Stadium, Lincoln Financial Field, and the newly constructed Las Vegas Raiders Allegiant Stadium. In addition to my finance practice, I have experience in mergers and acquisitions, having advised companies on growth investments and strategic investors on various types of acquisition financings.
