I have led a wide range of international assignments, notably in the Manufacturing, Chemicals, Mining and Oil and Gas industries. I specialize in Analysis – identifying and quantifying business performance improvement opportunities that have led to the delivery of well over $750 million in bottom-line benefits to clients. My go-ahead rate over the last 5 years alone is >90%. As well as offering a broad range of technical expertise in Business Operations Improvement (including 12 years in the Implementation/Delivery part of the value chain), I excel at Senior Client engagement and hands-on leadership of both consultant and client teams. I am adept at leading teams through the delivery of operational improvement programs.
