From earning the rank of Eagle Scout to summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, I’ve always been motivated by challenging goals. A reflection of my growth mindset, passion for continuous improvement, and ability to think strategically while breaking down challenges and opportunities into workable solutions, it also defines my work as a strategy execution coach and consultant. I have dedicated my career to helping organizations, teams and individuals develop, pursue and achieve strategy-based improvement through fact-based analysis, values-based assessment, team-based decision-making and leader-led change management. At CLG/ALULA, Inc, I led the growth of strategic accounts with Fortune 500 clients, helping design and execute their strategic initiatives, implement business-critical changes, and grow the capabilities of their leaders and teams.
