My knowledge of current market conditions enables me to provide important advice to my client. Listing the home at the proper list price is the first and most important step. From there, I will continue monitor changes in the market, as conditions change frequently, affecting their home's value. When the time is ready for negotiations, my knowledge of the market can assist me in getting the best price for my clients home and closing the sale.
