I am the CEO and Founder of Xaigos, a software development and marketing company that creates artificial intelligence applications for the legal industry, healthcare, school districts, and government. My mission is to leverage my expertise in AI and corporate finance to solve complex problems and create value for my clients and partners. I have over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and corporate finance, and I have successfully launched, grown, and exited several ventures in different sectors and markets. I am also the owner of Hendricks House B&B, a bed and breakfast on Air BNB that offers a private oasis in the country with a spectacular view of the Cascades and the Snoqualmie Valley. I enjoy hosting guests from different backgrounds and cultures, and sharing my passion for nature, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. I have hosted a radio talk show on entrepreneurship. I have a background in law, finance, business management, and real estate development, and I have studied at the University of Washington and Bellevue College. I have skills in mergers and acquisitions, deal closure, and divestitures, and I have served as an interim CEO consultant for several companies, helping them with sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
