I take the face of my product and merge with it. I become the company and fully engulf the customers and their concerns and do whatever is necessary within reason and make that customer love me and my product/company. So much there customers for life just off one phone call to customer support and getting the right person. I love customer service over phone. It just flows so naturally. The people over me grew weary BC every single call the customers would be astounded at how well I handled them and would want to speak with my supervisors to praise me.(8\10 calls to be honest). Not that im overly confident and arrogant either, as I must sound right now. I seen the post and read responsibilities and my heart sank BC this is me.
