Charis Group Management's primary focus is to consult/advise, invest in or buy entrepreneurial companies with the goal of preserving the talent, spirit and energy of the target company(s) by offering industry experience and capital as required. We are in the process of assembling a group of experienced industry executives with a variety of skills having similar interests who will serve as an advisory/consulting board as well as be offered the opportunity to invest. We are recruiting individuals with strong experience in strategic operations, manufacturing, sales and marketing, purchasing, logistics, finance, accounting and international sales who have prior experience with the chemical business. We have a substantial amount of capital available to invest and are approaching individuals for our Board who also have capital available to invest and the time to assist us in our efforts. We are primarily focused on chemical manufacturing, oilfield services and chemical distribution but will look at other opportunities if we see a fit. We have significant strength in process development and small to mid size chemical manufacturing operations, having developed a proprietary process to manufacture SO2 which became the cornerstone of our previous company’s success. We continue to search for seasoned current and former executives and partners in small to mid sized Private Equity who are interested in chemical related investments.
