About Charles Conlee

I have always loved tinkering with stuff and understanding how it works. I remember growing up and watching my dad take something apart (usually something I broke) and fixing it. I wanted to be “that guy” when I grew up. If it was mechanical, I wanted to know how all the parts worked and understand how each part contributed to making “that” piece of equipment work. I learned early on if one piece is not working, the toy or whatever it is, doesn’t work effectively. I get great satisfaction with being a part of a team that has purpose, works well together, and rises up to a challenge.My life experiences have taken me many places since graduating from Black Hills State University. I have had the pleasure of working with Mid America Computer Corporation, where I installed network systems at customer locations throughout the United States. I also had the opportunity to work at Dana College as their Network Administrator and lastly as the Director of Computer Services. After being in the Omaha area for over fifteen years, my wife and I decided to move back to Rapid City to share our talents with the Black Hill community and to be closer to friends and family. I have advanced my career through years of hard work and surround myself with purpose driven people. It is very rewarding being a team leader, mentor and a coach.
