I’ve driven large-scale transformations in supply chain, commercial operations, and digitalization across industries such as industrial gases, oil & gas, healthcare, energy & materials, and life sciences. My journey combines entrepreneurial drive and strategic discipline, consistently turning innovation into measurable business impact. Today, I lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers at Air Liquide’s Innovation Campus in Paris, developing AI-powered and customer-centric solutions for the energy transition and life sciences. Our work spans low-carbon combustion, hydrogen technologies, CO₂ capture and utilization (CCUS), additive manufacturing, and AI for industrial operations and business performance. Having lived and worked in France, Singapore, South Korea and the UAE, I bring multicultural agility and a deep understanding of global operations. From launching a subsidiary in Asia to steering global helium supply chains from Dubai, I’ve built and led international teams, managed 200 M€ + in sales, up to 120+ people and delivered sustainable performance with purpose.
