I am an accomplished operations and process engineering leader with proven expertise in managing manufacturing plants, driving continuous improvement, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results. My experience spans specialty chemicals, advanced materials, and oilfield services, where I have consistently reduced costs, improved efficiency, and grown profitability in challenging, fast-paced environments. Currently, I serve as Operations Manager at Huntsman Advanced Materials in Los Angeles, where I have led major cost optimization initiatives, overseen the successful integration of an acquisition, and implemented operational improvements that strengthened performance across the site. Prior to Huntsman, I was Plant Manager at Polytek Development Corp, where I drove site-wide efficiency programs, enhanced raw material management, and executed strategic improvements that expanded profitability and resilience. Earlier in my career with Schlumberger, I advanced from Field Engineer to Asset Coordinator, earning recognition for operational excellence, improving equipment performance, and co-developing cost-saving innovations with international R&D teams. These experiences gave me hands-on expertise in operations, asset life cycle management, and large-scale engineering project leadership.
