From general office cleaning to floor care, we have the products and know-how to get the job done right. Lawn care and landscaping, along with snow removal, is done through Midwest Lawn & Landscape. General building maintenance is completed on an hourly basis through Maintenance Plus. We are a family owned company that has been in business for over 60 years. We currently have offices located throughout Iowa in Burlington, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Des Moines, Dubuque, Iowa City, Muscatine, and Waterloo. Our flagship company, Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc, has been named Best of the Corridor for 5 years running. We are currently one of only a very few cleaning operations in Iowa that has been CIMS certified by ISSA. We aren't a small cleaning company that when someone calls in sick we are going to leave your building un-cleaned. We currently employ over 500 people including a quality control staff and supervisors, and clean over 100 million square feet on a monthly basis. At Midwest Total Solutions, we treat the security of your business like we would our own house. We don't cut corners and just hire a warm body to clean. All of our staff has an in-depth background check, hands-on classroom training, and will train to your organizations specific requirements. We have the ability to clean, maintain, and landscape different businesses that run from industries as diverse as factories, medical facilities, retail locations, construction sites, government and federal buildings, and educational facilities.
