I am an expert digital marketing leader with real-life experience in all aspects of online consumer behavior, from mundane content entry to the complex implementation of a user-specific and personalized web merchandising strategy. I have 13 years’ experience in online marketing and 10+ years working in cruise line eCommerce. My colleagues, including superiors, appreciate that I am the strongest advocate for the online channel by staying focused on the ultimate goal of increasing 1) Revenue 2) Bookings and 3) Leads- in that order. I believe in empowering my direct reports to take ownership of their respective professional areas, but never forget that I am ultimately responsible. I make coworkers laugh. Finally, and most importantly as an online marketer, I never try to pretend that I have all of the right answers but I’ve become very good at asking the right questions and even better at learning from being proven wrong.
