I am a BBA candidate at Washington and Lee University, with a field of study in Business Administration. I have a strong interest in commercial real estate, and I have completed two internships in this industry, most recently at The Beach Company, a leading real estate development and investment firm in Charleston, SC. I currently work as a valuation analyst on multifamily assets with Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. During my internships, I gained valuable exposure to different roles and functions within commercial real estate, such as development, leasing, management, and brokerage. I worked with various teams and stakeholders, contributing to market research, deal analysis, project management, and client relations. I also advanced my skills in Microsoft Excel, creating and updating financial models and reports. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, and to apply my knowledge and skills to create value for the communities and clients I serve.
