About Charles Gervais

Charles Gervais, President of Missing Link Technologies (MLT), originally started with the company in 2003 as a technologist. He was promoted to General Manager in 2007; since this time, under his leadership, MLT has tripled its workforce and increased its revenue by almost 350%. Charles became an owner of the organization and assumed the role of President of MLT in 2012. Charles recently graduated from the Entrepreneurial Leaders Program of the Wallace McCain Institute at the University of New Brunswick (ELP9) in 2017. Also in 2017, Charles was recipient of the Business Leadership award from NBCC. Charles graduated from the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in Moncton in 2001 with a certificate as a Computer Systems Technician, then graduated again from NBCC with a certificate in Network, Design, and Administration Technology in 2002. After college, Charles worked as an IT Technician at CN Railway in Moncton. Charles grew up in Grand Falls, New Brunswick. He enjoys travelling and camping, and is actively involved in the Moncton Squash Club. Charles is fluent in both French and English, and volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society.
