About Charles Gresham

As an ROTC Instructor at USAF, I train and mentor the future leaders of the Air Force. I leverage my communication and team building skills to foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and service among the cadets. I also coordinate and execute various events and activities to enhance their academic, physical, and professional development. Prior to becoming an instructor, I served as a Unit Deployment Manager for five and a half years, where I planned and managed the deployment of over 300 personnel and equipment to multiple locations worldwide. I ensured compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards, and contributed to the successful completion of several missions and projects. I hold a BBA in Project Management from Liberty University, and I am passionate about learning and growing as a leader and a professional.
