Analysis, design, and development of numerous university-wide systems using PHP, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, HTML5, MySQL, and Oracle. Web apps developed include the Teacher Course Evaluation Tool Suite (TCE), Picture Rosters flashcard app to facilitate instructors learning to recognize students, Classroom Observation Tool Suite, Peer Review of Speech, Voluntary Statement of Accountability, Heart Anatomy (mobile simulated 3D app for iPad and Android), and the Arizona State Museum Pottery App (another mobile simulated 3D app for iPad and Android). Several of these applications integrate with other university systems to pull class schedules, populate class and instructor rosters, etc. The TCE system does mass emailing to notify students and faculty and takes in well over 100k surveys in each fall or spring term. The TCE system also generates both history and internal TCE reports for students, faculty, and department admins. It also exports report data to UAccess Analytics. I specialize design/development of highly efficient, intuitive, fast, and responsive applications that adapt nicely to a wide variety of platforms and browsers. My applications are extremely resilient and have a long track record of reliability under heavy load. My skills in database design and attention to query optimization provide unparalleled performance. The user interface complements the underlying efficiency by its simple focused structure that intuitively and quickly guides users to their desired destinations, whether reports or tasks that need to be performed.
