About Charles James

My name is Charles James and I have recently moved to the Sault Ste. Marie area to be closer to my family and am looking for employment. Before I moved, I worked for the municipality of Brockton as a heavy equipment operator and during the winters, one of my many duties was removing snow from the roads and sidewalks with a single axle and duel axle plow truck, a series six trackless sidewalk cleaner with a blade or a blower attachment (depending on accumulation of snow). Throughout the year, some of my other duties were sewer maintenance, road works (paving, grading), backhoe operator and tree maintenance (cutting or trimming of dead or overgrown trees). I often worked independently and with that, I was entrusted with keys to governmental buildings such as the town hall, cemetery, equipment shop and the landfill. I had pride in my job for the municipality that I worked for and was an active member in my community outside of work, being a volunteer firefighter. I have my AZ license and am able to maintain my own equipment and would like to have the same pride in my job that I once had before.Thank you for your time and consideration,Charles James
