I have managed projects in an Agile Software development organization focused on delivering cloud-based SaaS solutions. I have defined scope and goals for Cloud Operations projects, effectively planning project timelines for successful execution for a team of 10 people. I've facilitated sprint meetings (planning, stand-up, retrospective). I know how to focus on keeping members on-topic. I understand how to run meetings with introverts that dislike meetings. In particular, I can start a meeting on-time and end it a few minutes early. I also have experience as a Software Release Manager. I took part in every major cloud release over 8 years at Code42 Software. I improved the release process end-to-end via enhancements to the QA process, reduction in SQL migration runtime, and more efficient deployment methodology. I have over two decades of experience designing, implementing and supporting cloud environments for software testing and customer demos. Additionally as a Senior Technical Instructor I have over six years of customer-facing experience delivering training by in-person (ILT) and virtually (VILT via Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc).
