About Charles Lottridge

I was born and raised in Wichita and have been working in the field of residential/commercial construction for nine years. First working as a project manager in the residential roofing market for nearly four years generating new business for Witten Roofing in West Monroe, LA and wrote/executed contracts in that time. I then moved into the commercial General Contractor field as Project Engineer with INLINE Commercial Construction in Aloha, OR. In my time with the company I assisted with the RFP/estimating of projects sometimes exceeding $5 million. Once projects had been awarded, I had the role of writing contracts between subcontractors, as well as working onsite from submittals to final walk and everything in between. I enjoyed communicating and building relationships with coworkers, owners, design teams and subcontractors alike so projects can run as smoothly as possible. Projects Completed include: KeyBank Parker & Peoria New Branch Aurora, CO *2019 Key Bank University Village Tenant Improvements Seattle, WA *2019 River Grove Elementary Maker Space Lake Oswego, OR *2019 84 Branch KeyBank Technology Upgrade Colorado, Idaho & Utah Branches *2019-2020 Highland Park Middle School Mechanical Improvements Beaverton, OR *2020-2021 Whitford Middle School Mechanical Upgrades Beaverton, OR *2020-2021 Candelaria Elementary School Improvements and Seismic Upgrade Salem, OR *2021 Schirle Elementary School Mechanical Upgrades, Classroom & Cafeteria Expansion Salem, OR *2021-2022 KeyBank American Fork New Branch American Fork, UT *2021-2022 Four Corners Elementary Expansion Salem, OR *2022-present I then got the opportunity to move back to my hometown of Wichita, Kansas where I delved back into the field of residential General Contracting with Keeter Roofing and Remodeling where I generated over $2.5 million dollars in the two years that I worked there. Tasks included meeting homeowners on initial appointments, creating roofing/siding and guttering estimates. Once I had an executed contract a material/labor order would be built, ultimately handing it off to the scheduling department who would send orders to the distributor and schedule labor. I take pride in giving all owners an experience to rave about and not to just give the perception of value but to actually deliver it!
