About Charles MacAraeg

As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Ko Olina Golf Club since July 2022, I support the HR department with various tasks related to records and data management, recruitment and onboarding, and administration. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Accounting from University of Hawaii-West Oahu, where I graduated with a 3.93 GPA and participated in several clubs and activities. Before joining Ko Olina Golf Club, I worked as a Freelance Organizer for seven months, sorting and filing paperwork and documents for various clients. Prior to that, I served as a Special Agent at Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) for two years, conducting background investigations and counterintelligence operations. I have strong skills in investigation, intelligence analysis, and cybersecurity, which I acquired through my military service and specialized training. I am a highly motivated achiever with a proven track record of success in academics and professionals. My goal is to contribute to the HR function and the overall success of Ko Olina Golf Club.
