My thesis project focused on developing methods and end-to-end software pipelines, improving precision of mapping and variant identification beyond the existing state of the art algorithms by using parental genetic variation data on pangenome graphs. I then applied the developed methods towards investigating patients of undiagnosed rare disease. I am currently looking for either remote or on-site positions that leverage my skills in genomics data analysis, applications development and software engineering. I am particularly interested in projects which focus on rare diseases or clinical applications which incorporate genomic information that informs medical or pharmacological practice.
