Staycation directs its efforts towards filling low and shoulder seasons, not only by the pricing mechanism but with seasonal targeting, special incentives and the creation of niche markets. Staycation do not ask for exclusive representation – multiple sales platforms will widen your audience and competition will make every agent work harder. Staycation operate a very competitive commission rate. There is no need to leave your present agent as our reservation system allows your property to be marketed simultaneously by a number of parties – including owner bookings – so what have you got to lose?
