My goal is for everyone to benefit from a personal or professional association with me, to be eligible for rehire following every project, and to give value in return for the trust and confidence extended.Following is an overview of my professional experience.Application Developer, Database Administrator and DBA trainer, and a Project Manager in a variety of business applications. Projects have been both short- and long-term. Particularly interested in website development and enhancement, and in client/server and relational database design using Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, and SQL Server.Rapid developer of ad hoc modules, such as macros or other tools to optimize manual processes.Specialties: Analytical skills to define issues and requirements effectively, framing them in a manner to facilitate resolution, to distinguish actual from perceived needs, and to interface between technical and non-technical groups to achieve goals.Rapid assimilation into client cultures, and ability to learn and apply new languages and processes to tailor capabilities and skills to serve directed and specific needs.
