As a proven Senior Leader and communicator in the Healthcare, Emergency Operations, Financial Operations and Information Technology fields, I come equipped with 20+ years of diverse senior leadership and management experience, to include- hospital administration/ operations management; human resource management; strategic planning, programming and budgeting operations; and resource and supply chain management across an operationally diverse, dynamic and fast-paced evolving environment. Where I excel- I offer multidisciplinary experience in Healthcare Operations, contingency planning and disease management, business strategy, sales, marketing and communication management- I have a varied human resource management background across multiple specialty fields and industries to include military, healthcare, sales and marketing and Information technology- I have had success in fostering relationships from front-line teams to regional senior leadership at the Strategic department level, with the goal of bettering people and outcomes in 1-on-1 situations, team settings and across multiple organizations and diverse multi-national environments- Communication is key, I work to understand others and have a strong drive to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals- I am fluent in the languages of medical administration, healthcare operations, management, marketing, sales, service and product development.
