About Charles Neverdowski

Chuck Neverdowski is Chief Commercial Officer at ZeoGas LLC, a development-stage energy company building plants to convert natural gas into petrochemicals and liquid fuels. He is responsible for financial and market analysis, capital sourcing, and commercial arrangements for commodities and plant sites. In addition, he is the Chief Executive Officer of ZeoGas' subsidiary, PAMCO LLC (Port Arthur Methanol Company). He joined the ZeoGas team in 2014 as SVP of Corporate Development. Over 25 years in entrepreneurial and turn-around environments, Chuck transitioned from operational leadership to strategic roles in finance and engineering. He has extensive experience in change management, budgeting and financial analysis, corporate strategy and acquisitions. As part of TDECU’s leadership team, he supported the credit union’s title, realty, insurance and wealth management subsidiaries, providing corporate development expertise and leading the due diligence, legal documentation and integration of four acquisitions. In his capacity as title company president, he restructured the organization, implementing robust operating procedures and remediating technological gaps. Chuck developed key skills during turnaround initiatives including successfully completing a previously struggling $12 million TRC EPC security project for the Port of Houston Authority. Early in his career, he was a leader on the Kinko’s management team that turned around its NYC operations and grew their presence in the City seven-fold in five years. Chuck later founded a printing company in Houston, TX and operated it for nine years. Chuck holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from SIU-C, an MBA (with a Finance concentration) and Master of Finance (with an Energy concentration) from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He is a military history buff, avid cook, and enthusiastic fan of his daughter’s volleyball team.
