About Charles Nyblom

I am a person that enjoys digging in and getting the job done. I find answers and trends in big data. I have been analyzing data for over two decades. It’s never too late to realize you’re doing it wrong. I went back to school at the age of 37 because you’re never too old to learn something new. I earned my Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Business Administration with an accumulated GPA of 3.79. I did this while raising three girls and working full-time. I enjoy challenges and finding a more efficient way of completing cumbersome tasks. If I could learn at least one thing every day for the rest of my life; that would be ideal. I work well in a team environment and independently. I do my best to carry myself with confidence and not arrogance. I find the unidentified skills in people around me and help them capitalize on those talents. Building teams to accomplish the near impossible tasks is what I consider success. I have allowed my team members to fail and learn from the mistakes. This has brought me great pleasure when we all succeed.
