Professional - I am passionate about the continuous expansion and improvement of my skills and strengths. I am even more passionate about helping others reach their next level in any way I possibly can. I am a "fast learner"- I can quickly ramp my own knowledge and resources to deliver positive outcomes in any environment. And I can adaptively communicate with C-Level executives, middle management, and frontline workers. Media - When it comes to content, I can produce sonically engaging and visually stunning assets - live or recorded; broadcasted or streamed. I own one of the most advanced content production rigs in the industry to take on nearly any project at any scale. Technology - Thanks to the IBM PCjr, I have been a tech head since the age of 4. I was coding proficiently by the age of 7, and I hand-built my first PC at the age of 14. In my 20's, I learned and built web servers and applications / sites, as well as learned and administered a variety of enterprise-grade relational databases and data modeling tools. In my 30's, I learned and built Contact/Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Voice-over-IP (VoIP), and Unified Communication (UC) systems, as well as learned business intelligence and data visualization. Now in my 40's, I'm learning to master artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Learning Management Systems (LMS), distributed / clustered data systems, multi-cloud architecture, operational management, and the latest trends in data and information security (InfoSec). Strategy - When it comes to digital marketing, my main goal is conversion and monetization. And when it comes to project management, my main goal is to deliver positive outcomes on time and under budget. Consultant - I am more than just a typical contractor / employee. I can provide coaching to help others discover their strengths and hold themselves accountable for improving upon their weaknesses. And I can provide leadership and moderation that benefits all parties involved throughout the lifecycle of any project.
