About Charles Pelliccia

Driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset, I am eager to pursue my interest in product development and apply it to the consumer goods industry. From ideation to regulatory approval and from production to value delivery, my goal is to gain technical knowledge on large-scale product-market fit and go-to-market strategies. Throughout the years, I have developed product management skills by taking part in numerous corporate projects with companies from various industries, including a Healthcare startup in the US, consultancy firms in France and Germany, but also a governmental banking body as well as an e-commerce/marketing giant in Brazil.After 2 years of corporate experience at EY in a fast-paced environment, I have developed strong analytical skills as well as the ability to take ownership of projects, oversee numerous engagements simultaneously while handling tight deadlines and working hand-in-hand with my team. As a full-time Consultant in Transaction Advisory, my day-to-day missions focus on advising clients on their operating models, including supply chain rationalization, process optimization or SKU reduction for example.
