VALUE PROPOSITION I am highly effective as a trainer, with experience developing and delivering UAS training in support of United States Army operations. My success is driven by my hands-on experience with the MQ-1C Gray Eagle and Shadow UAS platforms, which has served as the foundation for the development and revision of programs for the initial qualification and certification of UAS operators. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS With the United States Army, accrued over 1480 flight hours supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, including over 200 combat sorties. In the current role with Textron Systems, accrued over 460 hours of flight and instruction time. Manages 10 Textron/Pinnacle Solutions employees, six direct reports, and as many as four additional instructors. Revised the Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) program, executing corrections to course materials and improving instructions to be more specific and applicable to real-world scenarios.
