Property Development Expert. After my professional registration in 1997 I started the company CTE Consulting where I specialised in town & regional planning, in 2007 I became a director in a JSE Listed company tasked with the development of integrated housing throughout South Africa and Namibia. As director in the JSE Listed company I played an instrumental role in the development of the first fully integrated housing developments & multi storey fully subsidised housing in South Africa. The Fleurhof Integrated residential development has received various awards such as the Govan Mbeki award for best social housing development as well as the award for the best Integrated housing development by the National Department of Housing. Successfully we work to improve the integrated housing model with developments in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and Windhoek (Namibia) After a period of approximately 10 years with the JSE Listed company I started a new consultancy company Ideal Consulting, with the aim to share my experience, knowledge and relationships to make an even larger impact on the property development sector. As an expert with knowledge, experience and determination I focus in bringing all together through project management and planning management.
