Background
About Charles Ryan Klinck
Charles "Ryan" Klinck is someone who braves spirited adventures. He says "yes" to an adventure with another person, wanders with them through the wilderness, and stumbles upon the deeper meaning through engaged conversation and gentle listening. Ryan has worked alongside homeless neighbors, disabled friends, and people who are trying to find their way throughout his career at non-profits and churches. No matter what adventure he is currently on, he always finds ways to focus his work on justice issues, community organizing, and formation of the human soul. He currently works full time at New Pioneer Food Coop and also Co-Directs WayFaring Companions with his friends Matt Johnson and Wendi Bernau. Ryan believes in the power of neighboring and friendship. He is an asset-based community organizer and trainer, a spiritual director and retreat facilitator, a friend to the lonely and isolated, a writer, an avid gardener and composter, and a photographic artist. He is married to Kristina Roth, a Methodist Pastor and Spiritual Cultivator.
