About Charles Spath

Mr. Spath has an extensive background in resource evaluation, geostatistics, resource modeling, project management, and technical oversight. Mr. Spath is a Professional Geologist (P.Geo Ontario) with substancial international experience in the exploration, delineation, and production of Ag-Au Epithermal, Ag-Zn-CuPb VMS, Au Carlin, Li Pegmatite, Ni-Cu-PGE Magmatic Sulfide, and PGE Layered Intrusion-type deposits. Through current employment as the VP of Resources, Mr. Spath is the Qualified Person for the Company's Disclosure under National Instrument 43-101. Comulatively, Mr. Spath has 12 years of experiece with 7+ years of experience in geologic modeling (Leapfrog Geo) and has 5+ years in resource modeling (Leapfrog Edge/Datamine) and geostatistics. Proficiency with various estimation methods (OK, ID, NN), variography, block modeling, and reconciliation. Mr. Spath has completed a post-graduate education in mining-specific geostatistics with the completion of UAlberta’s Geostatistics Citation in September 2024. In addition, having been employed as a senior-level geologist for Hecla, Newmont and Vale, he has a well-grounded exploration and mining background with the management of multimillion dollar underground and surface drilling campaigns from greenfield stage to full production. He also bolsters a holistic knowledge of ore geology, metallurgy, geotechnical and ESG. Registered P.Geo of Ontario (ID # 3421).
