About Charles Steiger

Hello, my name is Charles Steiger. I have served in the United States Navy for 10 years. I have been stationed in Washington State, Alice Springs Australia, and Fort Mead Maryland. I have deployed to Bahrain and Afghanistan during my service. I am a Cryptologic Technician in Collections. I have experience dealing with a multitude of SIGINT materials as well as writing analytical papers. I have had the pleasure of leading a team of 3 Sailors to a team of 27 Sailors both in an office environment and a deployed status. I have faced challenges while serving from having to learn a new job every 3 years with vastly different skill sets and even having to change expertise a year into a job. I have been published several times and have written analytical opinions and position papers throughout my career in the Navy. I have been lucky enough to obtain the briefing skills needed to conduct daily leadership briefings as well as conduct training classes for deployable operators.
