Ultimately responsible for building and maintaining a high quality, balanced team of capable young professionals across 4 offices in East Asia. Committed to constant improvement of themselves and our business, to deliver the continued growth that AlphaSights has become known for. A large part of my current role requires engagement and communication with AlphaSights’ commercial leadership to ascertain the hiring requirements to create the teams capable of attaining budget targets, as well as the elaboration of strategies to attract, engage and retain the right talent for the organization. I am also tasked with ensuring that all operations and structures within the AlphaSights Asia Group support our commercial goals and adhere to the global standards and culture that befit a maturing business with the ambitions to maintain growth trajectory we’ve always experienced- Developed the fundamental skill base in researching and mapping out complex industries, identifying, engaging and assessing all levels of professional expertise, and advising client base (focused on PE firms, corporates, strategy consultants) on best sources of industry insight. Promoted to position of responsibility for multiple account management and growth, achieved through understanding and effectively delivering on client needs. Key contributor to the firm's recruiting efforts, from candidate selection, through to coaching and developing team members in the context of operational management. First employee in Asia and now leading business growth in Japan, Korea, China and Hong Kong.()
