I am involved in all aspects of the role of a Patent Attorney. I draft and prosecute patent applications in Australia and overseas. Having spent many years in the profession, much of my practice is focused on complex matters such as patent litigation and oppositions, and provide advice in relation to patents in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields. Prior to joining Shelston IP, I spent a number of years as a research scientist at Universities and research institutes. My technical expertise includes organic synthesis and characterization.
