My skill set incorporates Technology, IT Support, Education, Art & Design, and A/V Tech. I have extensive software and hardware experience ranging from all aspects of MS Office and the Adobe Creative Suite to Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. I am capable of diagnosing hardware and network issues. Additionally, I am a fast learner of new software and hardware. I have aptitudes for making abstract connections, seeing and actualizing potentials, and being budget conscious. I derive great satisfaction from helping people. My interpersonal skills include: being patient and empathetic with people (particularly when providing technology support), recognizing and fostering talent, and providing individualized support to help and encourage people to achieve their best. I know how to manage people, situations, budgets, supplies, schedules, and work efficiently. I am a detail oriented, organized person seeking to be a part of an organization or company that holds ideals of collegiality and support. I hold myself to a high personal standard which is always higher than my employer's expectations. I have been told by supervisors that my "good" job is better than most peoples "best" job.
