I am a transformational leader dedicated to advancing equity, wellness, and student success in higher education and beyond. With nearly 25 years of experience spanning medical education, academic advising, student affairs, and leadership development, I bring a compassionate, structured, and forward-thinking approach to institutional growth and community impact. Currently serving as Senior Director of Medical Education and Assistant Faculty at California Northstate University College of Medicine, I lead cross-campus initiatives that integrate academic advising, career planning, and DEI strategies to foster inclusive excellence. My leadership philosophy is grounded in empathy, strategic vision, and a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives. As an executive and wellness coach, public speaker, and civic leader—including my service as an elected School Board Trustee and Board Member of Arts & Culture El Dorado—I champion initiatives that uplift underrepresented communities, promote lifelong learning, and inspire purposeful leadership. I am also the founder of Innovative Health Education Solutions LLC, where I provide consulting, coaching, and education advocacy services.
