Not everyone is born to be an entrepreneur. But, since a small child, Charles Williams has known that he would own his own business. As a licensed Real Estate professional, Charles is devoted to not only assisting people buy or sell real estate, but he is committed to making his community a better place to live. Born in Rome, Georgia, Charles grew up in the Silver Creek community in southeast Floyd County. He finished high school at Pepperell High School and attended Georgia Northwestern Technical College where he got his degrees in Design Drafting and Mechanical Engineering. Charles earned his license in Real Estate in May 2007 after he completed the Georgia Real Estate Course and successfully passed the Georgia Real Estate exam. Charles received his Auctioneer’s License in June, 2013 after he completed the North Georgia School of Auctioneering course and passed the Georgia State Auctioneers Exam. In 2022 he completed the Georgia Real Estate Brokers Course and passed the state exam and activated his broker’s license. Most recently in 2023 Charles was approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as a licensed Real Estate Instructor. Charles is also a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors. In 1997, Charles started C Williams and McCray Construction. He later started AuctionMAX LLC as a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent and Georgia Licensed Auctioneer. Most recently, Charles started the bid.auctionmax.net auction platform, an online auction site, where he sells and auctions real estate. Charles is passionate about helping his clients increase property values and improve their quality of life. He is an expert with creative financing. Charles also really enjoys working with his clients to find the right property that is most suitable for them. Charles is an expert at turning distressed properties that seem difficult or even impossible to restore, into high value gems.
