In my career, I have successfully led diverse departments, including Human Resources, Parks & Recreation, Community Engagement, Tourism, Marketing, Facilities, Veterans Affairs, Library Services, County Extension, and Soil Conservation. My experience as Executive Administrator for a Federally Qualified Health Center deepened my understanding of community health and service delivery, equipping me with the skills needed to address complex challenges. As Assistant County Manager, I honed my abilities in Business Process Improvement, Operations Management, and Project Management, laying a solid foundation for my current role. I am committed to fostering collaboration across departments and driving innovative solutions that meet the needs of our residents. My experience supervising and mentoring cross-functional teams has consistently resulted in heightened productivity and operational efficiency. Additionally, my tenure as Community Relations Administrator has allowed me to build strong relationships with employees, external organizations, and the community, ensuring effective communication and partnership development.
