About Charley Oakey

With over 15 years of experience in administration, customer service, and operations, I am a highly organised and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic environments. My career journey spans across various industries, with a strong foundation in customer-facing roles and a deep specialisation in both the games and private healthcare sectors. I have spent the last 5+ years in the games industry, where I honed my ability to manage complex projects, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and support the seamless running of operations within a fast-paced, ever-evolving field. My prior experience in the private healthcare sector further expanded my expertise, where I spent 5 years supporting critical healthcare operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment. In addition to my industry-specific experience, I have a well-rounded background in event planning, travel management, and customer service, ensuring smooth coordination, top-tier service delivery, and meticulous attention to detail. Whether organising corporate events, managing travel logistics, or providing high-level administrative support, I take pride in creating positive experiences and making impactful contributions to the success of every team I work with.
