After separating from active duty in 2009, I pursued therapeutic child and adult care while attending college. Over the span of the past 15 years, I have worked for various retail companies focused on sales and customer service from entry level to people leader positions. I have spent more than six years with a large corporation learning and growing as a People Leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry where I found that my happy place is close to my roots (logistics/operational support, 92Y HOOAH!). During my time in fleet maintenance management, I have developed further passions such as digging into process improvement to better support the front line operations and lead a team to proficiency. This led me to pursue Six Sigma certifications where I currently hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and am further diving into becoming a Black Belt.
