About Charlice Murphy

As an adjunct faculty at Augusta University, I teach nursing courses to undergraduate and graduate students, using my certification as a nurse educator (CNE) and my expertise in clinical leadership and executive administration. I have been involved in curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, and research projects, contributing to the advancement of the field of nursing and the quality of education. Prior to joining Augusta University, I was a director of health services at PruittHealth, where I oversaw the delivery of patient care, quality improvement, and compliance for a long-term care facility. I have over six years of work experience in nursing and nursing education, and I hold a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Nurse Executive Administration, a Master of Science (MSN) degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing. My mission is to enhance the health and well-being of diverse communities through education, research, and practice, and I value collaboration, innovation, excellence, and diversity.
