About Charlie Ely

Team Leader in Richter with a significant amount of specialised experience in Temporary Works Design working with Suppliers, Consultancies and Contractors at all stages of construction projects to ensure an efficient and constructable solution is achieved. My industry experience and knowledge has been supplemented by academic learning to ensure that a week rounded approach to my own development could be achieved. I'm an active member of the ICE and pushing to achieve CEng status imminently. My aim is to grow and encourage the development of my team by providing the appropriate level of mentoring and discussion, without limiting the creativity or ingenuity of individuals that are willing to push themselves to succeed.
