About Charlie Pearce

2025 becomes a milestone in my professional career. 30+ years experience working with engineered Valve and Actuator products for the Energy Industry. From humble beginnings in the once great Oil & Gas industry I have enjoyed numerous roles over 3 decades which have taken me to the four corners of the world. In this time I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people from all walks of life. From meeting junior office assistants to Presidents and CEO's of multi-national organisations, I have always appreciated the breadth of journey this industry has afforded me and the stories shared with those that I've met. This industry has taught me many valueable lessons about people and life in general. The world dosen't stand still and is constantly evolving. We need to be versatile and demonstrate our adaptability and resilience to the changes and challenges placed in front of us every day. Having the capacity to articulate myself in the company of everyone I meet is one of my greatest strengths and is further reinforced by a well-rounded career in Sales, Leadership, Business Management and Business Development.
