Additionally I work as a Patient Research Ambassador ensuring that a service user and carer voice is reflected in all stages of NHS research from the planning stage to the sharing of research findings.As an IT professional, I have developed an ability to create an environment of collaboration and partnership to enable and influence delivery of customer requirements and services on time, to process and on budget.
