I have gained over 17 years’ experience in administrative roles, including 11 years in management roles. My experience in organizing events and activities for different sectors stems from working with professional offices, the insurance industry, and property management companies. Joining the HOST Management in 2020 as Association Manager, I began my current role as Director of Operations in 2022. I am responsible for the operations of our Association clients by monitoring the day-to-day of the associations, ensuring progress while focusing on improving efficiency. I graduated from the Strategic Executive Program through Wall McCain Institute in Spring of 2024, where I get to continue to grow in my professional development with my peers and WMI network. In my spare time, I enjoys spending time with my family, giving back to my community through volunteering, singing, and experiencing the outdoors.
