About Charlotte Clarke

I’m the founder of Move In Mortgages, a mortgage advisory business in Bay of Plenty, NZ, built on genuine relationships, down-to-earth support and practical advice. I work alongside my clients, guiding them through one of life’s biggest decisions - whether that’s buying a first home, refinancing, investing or simply exploring their options for the future. My approach is calm, clear and personal. I believe mortgage advice should feel human - not overwhelming or transactional - and I take pride in helping people feel confident, informed and in control every step of the way. Before launching Move In Mortgages, I spent 18 years in marketing and communications. That experience taught me how to really listen, understand what matters to people and communicate clearly - skills I now bring to every mortgage conversation.I live in Mount Maunganui with my husband Ash and our three boys. Outside of mortgages, I occasionally take on advisory work in strategic marketing and communications. If you’re ready to make your move, now or in the future, I’d love to chat. charlotte@moveinmortgages.co.nz |
