About Charlotte Collier

I’m a senior digital leader who loves solving complex problems, building strong teams and using tech to drive real change. With over a decade in digital I’ve seen (and said) my fair share of waffle - which is why I value clear thinking and keeping things simple. I’m a strong communicator who’s good at cutting through the noise, simplifying challenges and helping teams/clients stay focused on what really matters. I’ve led high-performing teams, delivered major global projects and partnered with clients to tackle business-critical challenges. I’ve spoken on stage about both marketing and operations - whilst sitting in the space where the two meet. I’ve got a genuine love for technology. I’m curious, hands-on and always experimenting - whether it’s AI, automation, or finding new and interesting ways to market. Recognised in the BIMA 100 in 2024 as a Rising Star, I work best in fast-moving environments with ambitious clients and good people who want to do great work.
