I am naturally precise, organised and scientifically minded. Throughout my career I have sought out and flourished in scientific environments from retail pharmacy to dispensary, progressing through to Aseptic Pharmacy. I have held numerous positions of varying complexity and responsibility; I have strived and succeeded in progressing myself and advancing any organisation that I have been a part of. My excellent communication skills and friendly, professional manner enable me to build a good rapport with staff and quickly become an integral member of any team. I have actively sought and developed new skills wherever possible, from gaining my NVQ to CPD. enabling me to keep up to date with fast paced, ever changing scientific and regulatory guidelines. Through diligence, hard work and a natural ability to empathise, I have flourished in roles of increasing responsibility culminating in me having led a number of multidisciplinary teams I have found my true calling in the sciences, I want to take the next step in my career bringing my technical expertise, work ethic and natural ability to lead to this new role. I have a demonstrable track record of the design and implementation of numerous strategies; from staff training to increasing procedural efficiency and efficacy in a range of high pressure, time critical environments.
