During my career, I find the most fulfilment is in shaping workforce cultures where high performance and personal fulfilment go hand in hand. I believe what sets me apart as a senior people leader is my commercial background; my earlier career as a sales professional has given me a unique understanding of how talent strategy connects to business outcomes. Today, I continue to bring that commercial perspective to the executive table as I translate complex people challenges and evolving workforce trends into future-focused, data-driven talent strategies that generate tangible value. As a leader, I role model inclusivity, empathy and collaboration. I ensure every team member feels heard. Watching others achieve success is something in which I take immense pride, and I am a firm believer in the power of people learning from each other. One of my greatest strengths is coaching – I am a qualified Gallup Strengths Coach, and I have had great success in making breakthroughs with underperforming employees and those seeking career progression. Supporting early-career professionals is an area of particular personal interest. The talent strategies I have implemented in the role of Director, Human Resources at Nevro Medical, have supported strong revenue growth in an established market against a backdrop of change. It has been a privilege to play an integral role in global talent initiatives, including the delivery of a global mentorship programme and leadership development efforts across multiple countries. I am committed to continuous professional development, and am currently working towards the CIPD L7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. Above all, I believe a culture of continuous learning is a strategic advantage.
